Use strong oxidant and tetracycline hydrochloride redox manner. To investigate the decomposition characteristics of tetracycline hydrochloride, the study is divided into the following four categories: (1)commercially oxidant ingredients and no detailed description of the concentration calibration. Then use a reducing agent (sodium thiosulfate) titration Bleach. Titration endpoint detection bleach initial concentration, use ORPmeter testing. Strong oxidant hypochlorite placed in a spectrophotometer, using whole wavelength scanning. The maximum absorption wavelength detection, and conversion oxidant concentration calibration curve. (2) Different concentrations of tetracycline hydrochloride into the spectrophotometer. Then, full wavelength scanning, measuring the maximum absorption wavelength . Tetracycline hydrochloride obtained calibration curve obtained diluted concentrations of tetracycline hydrochloride. (3) Strong oxidants and tetracycline hydrochloride evenly mixed with the same volume. Absorption spectrophotometer set at a wavelength of 372nm. Tetracycline Hydrochloride concentration of peroxide decomposition kinetics. By chemical redox study showed differences in commercial bleach concentration ratio(Mean ± standard deviation) 52.283±11.7965(mM).
