This study explores the correlation of information literacy, past interaction experience, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and usage intention using questionnaire. According to the quantitative analysis, the results have shown that parent-teacher communication focuses on immediacy, speediness and interactivity, meaning that teachers are accustomed to communicate with parents using past tools of communication.
