Many suburban agricultural land began to be emphasis on the development of the industry, but many involve agricultural land due to inheritance, land holders and the complexity of many stakeholders resulted in the sale of land is not easy. Many legal and human nature problem, but also to develop the industry are deterred from visiting. After this study, the concept of rapid decision-making would be inconsistent with the case of investment costs and benefits of a culling , and then assess the impact of land development of agricultural land market factor assessment models , and the use of the Delphi questionnaire interviews with experts will assess indicators were screened after Seoul AHP questionnaire to establish the evaluation index of weights , case studies in order to assess the architecture and verification , try to give a complete assessment of investment conclusions and recommendations.
