After this study, the concept of rapid decision-making would be inconsistent with the case of investment costs and benefits of a culling , and then assess the impact of land development of agricultural land market factor assessment models , and the use of the Delphi questionnaire interviews with experts will assess indicators were screened after Seoul AHP questionnaire to establish the evaluation index of weights , case studies in order to assess the architecture and verification , try to give a complete assessment of investment conclusions and recommendations.
