Therefore, with the increase of women into the workplace, gender issues in the past of not being taken seriously is also important, and seek harmony between the sexes in the workplace has become a dire need to explore the issue. In recent years, China''s implementation of workplace gender equality purpose of this study is to understand the working pressure of the Taoyuan County Thirteen townships Environmental Protection Agency''s Clean Team, job satisfaction and status of different gender, and basic information from the cleaning staff Taoyuan County Environmental Protection Agency do explore, including: gender, age, marital status, nature of work, years of service, the service ranks and work content, to further explore gender differences in job stress, job satisfaction, and the impact of different gender. In the present study is to Taoyuan County personnel engaged in cleaning work for the study, the first questionnaire design, and then conducted a questionnaire survey. 150questionnaires were returned 135 questionnaires, 135 valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate of 90.00%. Data analysis methods, including: analysis of descriptive statistics and chi square test. Based on the findings, that the employment status of the environment cleans team, Taoyuan County, and put forward constructive suggestions for research in the hope those employees of different genders and let clean environment with an equal employment development. 吳克 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW |
