Teachers’ personal traits and emotional intelligence may affect directly on their efficiency of teaching, classroom management styles and satisfaction of jobs. This study is to perceive classroom management between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress in elementary school homeroom teachers. This study is adopted questionnaires to research elementary school homeroom teachers in Taoyuan City, including three scales, "Emotional Intelligence Scale for Teachers", "Teacher Stress Scale" and "Classroom Management Efficiency Scale" to analyze these statistics and data. I found that elementary school homeroom teachers are equipped with good emotional intelligence, low working pressure and good efficiency of classroom management in Taoyuan City. There are relatively different emotional intelligence, working pressure and efficiency of classroom management in different genders, ages, seniority and educational backgrounds about teachers’ backgrounds. There are relatively different efficiency of classroom management between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress in elementary school homeroom teachers in Taoyuan City. There is most prediction ability about elementary school homeroom teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress to classroom management efficiency.
