Summary: | 碩士 === 崇右技術學院 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === Traditional concepts believe that musical learning needs abundant resources from
family. However, there’s no evidence shows that geographical environments of family
did affect learning efficiency of music. This study aims to use 4 contents of family
environments: education level of Parents, income, cultivation and expectation, to
illustrate how they affect 2 contents of musical learning: music preference and music
learning efficiency. Also, we further investigate the consequences of how musical
learning affect work achievement of musical workers.
Totally 300 questionnaires were sent to musical educators and displayers in
Taiwan, and 230 were received (76.7%). Results show that:
1. Income and educational level of Parents positively affect music preference,
but not learning efficiency.
2. Attention of Parents positively affects both music preference and learning
efficiency.
3. Authority and expectation of Parents positively affect learning efficiency, but
not music preference.
4. Music preference and learning efficiency both positively affect self and social
achievement.
Practically, this study breaks traditional myth, and illustrates the real factors and
procedures of how family environments affect music learning. Academically, this study
recruits lacks of further research, and provide an integrated conceptual framework for
the referencs of further research.
