| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 103 === Since the computer technology has developed rapidly, the CAD/CAM/CAE software are also very complete. To shorten the cycle of product development, many companies have applied some related software. However, it is not well-integrated between design and analyze software, so the engineers needs to switch windows between these software.
This study focus on integrating CAD/CAE software and Navigating System under the CAD browser by applying network communication technology. This will help engineers can operate mold design and mold analysis in the same environment, so the time for changing file format and building grids will be saved. Moreover, the design parameters and the analysis results can be delivered to each other, which will decrease the errors by the reason of inappropriate design. Integrating CAD/CAE software makes the operation environment unified and reduces the errors and time because using different software. Owing to the information can be shared efficiently, the design modify can be automatic. Thus, this study can upgrade substantially the efficiency of mold industry.
