Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 103 === In this paper, studying the coating adhesion, binding force, hardness of surface, wear and friction performance of journal surface, machine journal is covered with different wear-resistant material with flame spraying technology. To start with spraying wear-resistant material on the surface of low carbon steel and bearing steel. Obviously, milling sprayed coatings to the same thickness. Finally, we measure the friction characteristics between seal and sprayed coatings by abrasion testing machine. This study show low surface roughness can obtain better friction performance of journal surface. Melting Ni-Cr-B-Si powder on low carbon steel, it causes sprayed coatings has great binding force and distribution of particles with substrate, which improves hardness of surface 10 times. If we use AISI5210 steel, covering Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy on surface. Because close texture, it’s also reduce the friction coefficient, roughness and improve wearing resistance in the same time.
