permanent magnet brushless motor for Panasonic MSMA022A1A series.
Brushless DC motor has a high power density, high efficiency, high torque,
easy to control, etc., so widely used on various industrial precision machine
tools and livelihood appliance industries, and by all reuse.
In the design basis brushless DC motor, the use motor design and
development of simulation software to simulate the characteristics of the motor
and compare and discuss the relevant properties. For example: the torque, the
magnetic circuit analysis, the magnetic flux density distribution, and other
relevant characteristics of the motor efficiency of the motor.
In order to increase the motor performances and power rating.The Taguchi
method is applied to optimize motor Tooth Width,Clearance,Magnetic Thickness
and Stack Length.
