Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 103 === This thesis proposed on underfrequency load shedding strategy based on the rate of change of frequency using multi-segmentation to cope with the faults occurred on generators. To verify the feasibility of the proposed method, the simulation was carried out on a simplified Taipower system by Matlab Simulink.
First, the slope of system frequency change with respect to time change was calculated under different fault situations.Second, this thesis proposed a method based on slope of system frequency to calculate the appropriate system for load shedding.In conclusion, according to Matlab/Simulink software to calculates the recovery time of the system.
Moreover, the method is compared with the segmentation underfrequency load shedding (rate of change of frequency strategy) and the common underfrequency load shedding strategy. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method for recovery time of the system, disturbance of frequency changes and reliability of load power supply is more effective than others.
