Moreover, they are also required to establish core competencies for workplace along with their expertise in order to increase the odds to survive in job interview and future career. According to surveys on what kinds of qualities employers emphasize to recruit new employees, enterprises prefer candidate’s integrity, team spirit, aggressiveness, organizing ability, integrating ability, adaptability, communication skills, enthusiasm, accountability and efficiency. On the other hand, professional skills are less important than people expected, which employees can improve through continuous learning. With the maturation of the Internet and computer technology, it is an e-learning era in the twenty-first century. Learning is no longer confined to the traditional classroom environment, people can learn anytime, anywhere via computer networks, and learning becomes more flexible and diversified. Therefore, this study aimed to design and evaluate "Ton Ton 8" campaign, which is developed on i-HO Cloud, through the unique characteristic of i-HO, clear and simple system integration, to a enhance integration, adaptability and other core capabilities students needs. And students can benefit from the interesting App to develop their core competencies. "Ton Ton 8" campaign is an eight-week program designed to enhance participants’ integration, adaptability and other core competencies. We also collect data, such as colleges, grades, gender, and whether subjects attend relevant courses and other background variables. Before and after the campaign, a standardized scale was applied to all subjects to measure the integration ability and adaptability. Students’ ability to explore new questions, diversified thinking, coping strategies, innovation and organizing ability were also measured in the same scale. Our study design is a simple observational study design, we experiment 57 subjects with “Ton Ton 8” app, and measured their change before and after the experiment. 41 subjects were excluded because they didn’t finish the program. The results of pairwise ANOVA are as follow: 1. There is no statistic significance in the results of 3 domains: ability to identify problems, coping strategies, and innovative thinking. It suggests “Ton Ton 8” does not help to develop such abilities. 2. The change of scores in diversified exploration and integration domains are statistically significant. Therefore, “Ton Ton 8” might help to develop aforementioned abilities.
