The method, involving the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, is mixed methods research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 1087 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. Besides, In order to strengthen the research, select ten people to interview. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. Perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership, well-being and learning attitudes perceived by the students from public junior high schools in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average. 2. Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership, well-being and learning attitudes. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership, well-being and learning attitudes. 4. Perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership and well-being have the significant prediction toward learning attitudes. 5. “Well-being” is not a moderate variable between perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership and learning attitudes. 6. Junior high school students of 13 districs in Taoyuan City, their three variable scores, perceptions of teacher’s paternalistic leadership, well-being and learning attitudes , have a cluster relationship, and they may be better to divide into three groups in this research. 7. Explore the difference causes of quantitative research through the results of qualitative research. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high schools and teachers, and future researchers. Ching-Lin Yang 楊慶麟 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 260 zh-TW |
