Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 國際經營與貿易研究所 === 103 === This paper selects Taiwanese college students as research objects, and attempts to identify the perceived value of working holiday as the conformity normative and informational as a moderator to effect intention and motivation of Taiwanese college students. In this study, the questionnaires are designed to approach the respondents by way of the Internet 252 effective samples were collected. This research uses the reliability analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis to integrate data and verified the analysis results. This research hopes to offer a positive impact upon enhancing Taiwanese college students’ motivation and intention to go on working holidays. We hoped that the finding can be useful for the government as well as the other researchers to provide them with more exchange platforms, thereby help improving the Taiwanese students’ intention and motivation to seek working holiday opportunities.
