Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 物理研究所 === 103 === In this study, we derive function of intensity with plane wave that is based on the basic electromagnetic theory. Using this function to discuss the light source with different spectral characteristics in the interference signal generated by the interferometer and how these interference signals will display when it is received by a photodetector. The results were discussed with inductive reasoning. We describe the principle of optical coherent tomography in detail, and illustrated the relation between signals of time domain and frequency domain. Finally, we investigated the influence of the dispersion effect on interference signals of optical coherence tomography.
