In general, the machine power is produced from fixed motor, which has insufficient torque to start machine. Even allocating invertor or other equipment to upgrade capability of fixed motor, the function is still restricted. Therefore, how to design a high-torque and buffer-starting device, with variable rotary and specific performance curve of the static starting load speed, is one of the worthy subject for research and development in the industry. Therefore, this paper puts forward the four bar linkage of crank-rocker as basis in coordination with coordinate brake, single way bearing, and relevant mechanical components to design a static and rotating shaft mechanism with low cost but high torque and buffer start. Providing a general source of power for the static starting with sufficient torque and buffer starting to load machine, and reducing the rated horse power of mechanical load are the purpose of this design.
