This study was used questionnaire survey by cluster sampling. For the 103 academic year attended to middle-grades elementary school students in Taichung City for the study.And use “My school life experience questionnaire” as a research tool. There were three parts to the content : personal background information, the self-concept scales and school life adjustment scales. The survey of data was carried out statistical analysis by using the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation. Based on questionnaire data analysis, the study found that: 1. Students self-concept development reach to positive performance and among the variables, "family self " show the highest scores. 2. Students school life adjustment reach in good condition, and among the variables, "teacher-student relationship " show the highest scores. 3. Students self-concept of the middle-grades elementary school students was most significant difference because the variants of gender, grade, birth order and parenting style. 4. Students school life adjustment all have significant difference because the variants of gender and grade, part of the significant difference because the variants of birth order, family structure and parenting style. 5. Students self-concept and school life adjustment was highly positive correlation of middle-grades elementary school in Taichung City. Finally, according to the research results to make recommendations to provide education administrative agencies, teachers, the parents and future investment reference in associated studies of the researchers.
