There is a dire need to ensure that buildings are anti-seismic. Technological advances provide abundant analytical resources. While there are numerous professional software utilized in the industry, including ETABS, midasGenAp and SAP2000, these highly technical software are not provided for free. Therefore, programs were built for this study to examine whether the buildings comply with anti-seismic requirements based on the latest version of Design Standards for Concrete Structures, which was promulgated by the Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior on June 9, 2011 and enacted on July 1, 2011. The software chosen for this study includes the more popular ones on the market. Excel VBA is used to create a set of simple analytical programs to carefully examine all elements, including the cross section dimensions, longitudinal bar, lateral reinforcement, shear, steel anchor and beam-to-box columns. The strength of concrete reinforcement is then used to create simulated 3D drawings with Sketch Up to illustrate the execution of program inspection and show the detail of reinforcement. Regulatory inspection model is established in Excel based on the anti-seismic structural design of reinforced concrete in order to address the special regulations on Examples 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 in Civil Engineering 404.100. Literary comparison renders consistent results. Sketch up 3D can better show the details of concrete reinforcement, which is extremely beneficial during construction. Construction drawings for reinforced concrete should be shown in more than one dimension. Keyworks:anti-seismic,Excel VBA,beam-to-box columns 周煌燦 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
