Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among work motivation, service attitude and job performance of teachers in elementary schools. The samples in the research were the subject teachers, tutors, group leaders and directors in the elementary schools. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows, including T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis.
The conclusions were shown as following :
1. Held various terms of age, job training for those who work attitude of job involvement, organizational commitment, job satisfaction Jieyou significant difference.
2. In terms of different industries, job training attitude who will not vary in different industry.
3. Different monthly income, work attitude will not differ by job training vary monthly income.
4. Attitude in organizational commitment and higher overall job satisfaction, job training were higher overall job satisfaction.
5. In terms of overall service quality, work attitude to work, the organizational commitment, job satisfaction, the higher the overall service quality job training by the higher.
6. In terms of overall job satisfaction, service quality of tangibility, reliability, empathy, attitude and overall higher quality of overall service, in-service training by higher overall job satisfaction.
