The samples in the research were the subject teachers, tutors, group leaders and directors in the elementary schools which were in rural areas. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 for Windows, including T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The conclusions were shown as follows : 1.The differences between Self-efficacy and Hope in Psychological Capital of different ages of the teachers in remote elementary schools. 2.There is certainly a difference between Self-achievement and the recognition from others in Motivation System for different ages of the teachers in rural elementary schools. 3.There is a significant difference between the recognition from others and the pay, benefits and rewards in Motivation System for those teachers who do different work in rural elementary schools. 4.In Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction of the teachers in rural elementary schools are higher when the tenacity and the overall Psychological Capital are higher. 5.In Motivation System, when the teachers in rural elementary schools get more recognition from others, the pay, benefits or rewards and the overall Motivation System are higher, their Job Satisfaction is higher. 6.In Psychological Capital, the optimism and overall Psychological Capital of the teachers in rural elementary schools are higher, Motivation System of the teachers in remote elementary schools are higher. 7.In Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction of the teachers in rural elementary schools is higher when the tenacity and the overall Psychological Capital are higher.
