碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 休閒與運動管理所 === 103 === Background： Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. There are many sport performances in soccer. In increasingly competitive sporting events, the pressure is produced by unbalance requirement between their cognitive ability and the external environment for athletes in race situations. However, changes in mental status, environmental, and physiological responses will affect sports performance. Objective: to investigate the responses of competition anxiety inventory and heart rate variability in different competitive 12 yards penalty situations for adolescent soccer players. Methods: 13 male adolescent subjects (14 to 15 years old junior high school soccer player, more than 4 years of ball age, relevant weekly routine training) were collected. We measured heart rate variability, competition state anxiety inventory and recording of 12 Yards Penalty in five different 12 Yards Penalty Situations. Results: 1. Penalty shot score: the low-level situation (No pressure, control situations, C) was significantly lower than the Medium situation (Goalkeeper, K) (p= .013). 2. Somatic state anxiety: L was significantly lower than the audience high situation (Goalkeeper and audience, KA) (p = .025), and integrated high situations (Goalkeeper, Reward and audience, I) (p= .005). 3. Parasympathetic nervous system activity: L was significantly lower than KA (p = .001), and I (p = .008). 4. Penalty shot score were significantly correlated to competition anxiety cognitive (r＝-.740，p＝.002) and parasympathetic nervous system activity (r＝-.692，p＝.005)in K. 5. There were significantly correlation between penalty shot score and sympathetic nervous system activity ( r＝.547，p＝.038) in KA. Conclusion: The heart rate variability, competition state anxiety inventory and recording of 12 Yards Penalty might significantly correlate in different 12 yards penalty situation for adolescent soccer player.
