The Ministry of Education encourages teachers to design for their own teaching materials in the field of their specialty to achieve the purpose of enhancing learning efficiency. The use of digitized materials can increase the richness of the media, attracting the attention of learners and stimulate learning. However, customized digital design of materials designed for teachers who are not in art major that may cause great stress and distress. Microsoft PowerPoint is the highest production of educational media utilized by teachers with lower production costs, as well as the most suitable for mobile learning. PowerPoint is not an exclusive design software, while providing a variety of items elements, but it is still not easy to appropriate use in the visual layout design for normal teacher.
This study has explored digital learning basic theory, and then directing the theory to digitized material visual design, the concept of learning psychological and learning memory, to help digital material designers through appropriate image and color of the visual design concepts to guide the course to effective Learning. We proposed teaching design principles and the use the function of PowerPoint built-in theme sets, in line with the development of customized material template of knowledge of different areas, so digital material designers can directly apply the template to reduce the loading for making teaching materials. The customized digital materials layout can enhance the fun of learning and reading easily for learners, and its interactive with image can attract the learner’s attention, thereby increasing interest in learning.
