In the planning stage before implementing the project, each Gantt chart represents an operation and contains earliest start time, earliest finish time, latest start time, and latest finish time. Besides, slack time and immediately succeeding operation are also included. The slack time with zero value was tagged; the operations in critical path and relations between operations can be shown clearly in the network diagram. Further, we added the actual schedule line into the Gantt chart compared with the planned schedule line in operation and control stage of the project. The operations whether in the critical path were tagged with different colors in order to identify which one should be controlled. Finally, in examining stage, we focused on the operations with warning color in actual schedule line and investigated the factors which caused the project behind schedule.
