Through flowers line test, semi- break test , the actual electrical load testing ; to load , change the temperature of the spent copper wire and semi- break disconnection rate different from the load, the temperature at the broken understanding of electrical equipment, power flower line Variety. The study found that the floral wire diameter was smaller, the risk of copper temperaturerise was greater, the higher its behalf. Flowers line at 50% or less and a half break, temperature warning protection device can still be effective to achieve the effect of early warning notification. Hairdryer test results, the plug has been hot and burnt phenomenon, leading to a security breach outlet ; outlet , although showing compliance with regulations in the current value 12A; but it can not be ignored socket PVC material, if often in this current value (high temperature ), the will make material deterioration, can lead to electrical fires. For larger power consumption (700W or more) electrical equipment, if we use the temperature warning protection device, and regularly check and replacement of deteriorated power outlet; prior to the implementation of the concept of prevention is better than a pound of cure of disaster prevention, will be able to effectively reduce the incidence of electrical fires.
