The study summarized shared workspace environment 1. evolution; depending on the nature and evolution of technological progress gradually produced a new interpretation of the companies in the computerized; in digital technology and so E;; information technology work space turned into a work tool part. 2. make good use of tools; cohesion combine different areas of expertise; each person plays different characteristics and expertise; and coworking in cooperation with other people in different sectors; to learn from each other to observe in; to work for the purpose of integration objectives; spontaneous self-improvement; new thinking and innovative professionals in the evolution of the resulting combined different areas; the creation of new business opportunities, and complete economic and commercial activity in the activation space atmosphere pluralism and down and coworking produced autonomy in search of employment and business conditions and achieve shared operations; sharing work; share ideas and other benefits. 3. according to the Taipei City Government's housing policy Housing type micro entrepreneurship development policy and regional development; the relationship between housing demand and population; the value of the investment house; office as of patterns. Taipei City are about 40 percent of the people with tertiary level education, rising unemployment makes the majority of the population and the highly educated university graduates facing unemployment dilemma; entrepreneurs will face cost pressures of distress, activation coworking makes use who shared the rent, electricity, etc. Equipment and resources, reduce operating costs and outside; it also includes learning, mutual assistance, innovation, support for complex, detailed and diversified space usage. Therefore, universities in promoting the employment counseling and encourage adult learning initiative to return to the campus plan, whether it should be synchronized to "coworking" creativity into consideration the development of cross-cutting integration platform; promote academic engagement substantive work of the common Space promotion on campus. Taipei currently set up business offices in recent years, if only the value of the space owned or save administrative services and office expenses sites; increase the effective area of the lessor rents; occasionally hold seminars or fraternity without a guide and teacher professional industry participants not establish goals, it will take more time to explore, easy formality and no real action.
