| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 室內設計系 === 103 === Living spaces change with time in conjunction with the development and progression of family and population structure, and life mode. Universal design housing study use flexibility in facilities and extended activity area to resolve the problem of entrances, depth and width within a living space. This analysis targets the case of variable facility use in living quarters according to the principle of universal design. Through the study of TRIZ principles, we explore potential resolution base on seven primary concept. In conjunction with actual examples, basic universal design criteria, combined with flexible living model traits forms a theory further analysis. In hopes to reached following two primary results and as references in academic and the industry in the future.
(一) Enhancing the quality of life through utilization of universal housing
Living space usability is a common hurtle in our every day life. If we can proactively apply universal design housing conecpts in the development and design phase, we an enhance per square usage and improve life through flexible use of common facilities and living spaces. Not only can this resolve living space usability issues, it has the potential to be a leading trend in the interior design space realm.
(二) The development of new lifestyle of living space
Utilizing the concept and the functionality of variable living space to maximize flexibility use of living space and facilities will both achieve the goal of utilizing variable facilities and elevate efficacy. It will become the trend of interior design towards universal design new lifestyle of living space in the future.
