The first part investigates the meanings, applications and related studies about evaluation of quality of work life, work stress and professional career commitment by using literature reviews. The second part uses the two methods of questionnaire and literature analysis to investigate the professional career commitment from quality of work life and work stress. This study takes Process/Equipment Engineer as examples. According to the study’s results, the item of modification in population characteristic for Process/ Equipment Engineer are obvious influence about evaluation of satisfied degrees of quality of work life, work stress and professional career commitment. And the satisfied degree of quality of work life is negative relation with work stress. But it is positive influence with professional career commitment. Work stress is negative relation with professional career commitment. It show that Process/Equipment Engineer have low satisfied degree of quality of work life and professional career commitment when having heavy work stress. In addition, the best factors to forecast professional career commitment for Process/Equipment Engineer are development opportunity, physical and emotional stress and the way of hire. This result can provide Process/ Equipment Engineer some suggestions that enhance their autonomy in the field of their profession by Looked for best factors that influence professional career commitment. And they plan management strategies of contact relationship.
