Summary:碩士 === 長榮大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 103 === This research discussed the key successful factors for social enterprise through business model canvas by Alexander Osterwalder, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and expert interview. The research subjects are organic agriculture producers with social enterprise spirits, and it was expected to extract the key successful factors for agricultural entrepreneurship or operation with social enterprise characteristics, and provide the results as reference for promotion and operating strategy for social enterprise entrepreneurs and governing entities. The main research purposes are: (1) Promoting Taiwan’s delicate agriculture industry in the idea and spirit of social enterprise, (2) Realizing the problems faced in operation model for social agriculture enterprise and make further improvement, (3) Searching for key successful factor through AHP, and providing recommendations for enterprise operation through research results and (4) providing results as reference for agriculture related practitioners to transform into social enterprise. In addition, the questionnaires of this research were delivered to scholars and experts from agriculture field, governing entities, channel and industrial management, to improve the quality and accuracy. Comprehensively, for the key successful factors in overall social agriculture enterprise, the results of weights from each dimension are: “value and statement” is the most important dimension as the vision, purpose and goal of a social enterprise, followed by other key factors of “fair trade”, “timeliness”, “new product information”, “product innovation”, “ecological teaching and interaction” and “natural environment and resources.” These seven indices are the most significant key successful factors for social agriculture enterprise. This research was ended with detailed discussion of each key factors, conclusion and recommendations for following researchers.
