| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 運輸科技與物流管理學系碩士班 === 103 === Traffic maintenance program is the strategy and method to keep the level of service of roads and traffic safety. It can be applied to construction of infrastructure and activity holding. According to relative studies, legislation and practicality for traffic maintenance program in Taiwan are not complete enough. Meanwhile,more and more public welfare artistry, exercise activities are held frequently. Traffic maintenance program is already an important issue for government and organizations to hold activities. Government and organizations have to pay more attention "Activity Holding and Traffic Maintenance". This study is employed secondary qualitative study to research the current legislation for Taichung City and other municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the Central government. There are still many differences on the aspects of "legislative framework", "Application and Review", "Conduct", "Penalty Clauses", and "Additional Regulations". This study proposes a "Activity Holding and Traffic Maintenance" for Taros Festival held in Dajia District. The results could be the foundation of the further study on the subsequent "managing working for activity holding" and be the reference for the traffic maintenance plans studied by the government.
