Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 103 === Today the demands for computerized information and a variety of clinical data are increasing at hospitals. However, only at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or operating rooms physiological data of a patient can be acquired automatically and recorded but in hospital wards most of time nurses have to manually record these data.
In addition, in the ICU rooms, any contact and interaction with the patient's family and any event that may affect patients should be recorded and provided to doctors for illness diagnosis. In this way misdiagnosis and medical disputes can be reduced. These recorded data can be used by doctors to make a more precise diagnosis of the situations of patients and help resolve the medical disputes.
But currently different medical signal acquisition systems require different interface devices and medical signal acquisition methods. Furthermore, signals in some systems cannot be directly transferred to the back-end servers. In this thesis, we propose a solution that acquires the signals by image recognition and directly transfers them into the back-end servers. The systems has following features:
(1)Automatically retrieve physiological signals of patients and periodically store them into the database.
(2)Immediately notify medical staff by the server-side system in case some abnormal signals are identified by the system.
(3)Record patients’ physiological signals and adjust the monitoring period specific to those patients with abnormal signals.
