Also, the paper analyzes the effective differences as a result of this change in schools’ administration management and teacher’s teaching efforts. We use the questionnaire to collect the relevant data and apply SPSSv12.0 to do statistical analysis. By doing this, we obtain the following results: 1. Regarding to school’s administration management models, most of teachers hold “partial authoritative order and partial participatory consultation” opinions. 2. Regarding to the effects of school’s administration management and teacher’s teaching, among the teachers have different increasing effect opinions. 3. Regarding to school’s administration management models, among teachers have significantly differences except gender and teaching years. 4. Regarding to school’s administration management effects, among teachers have significantly differences. 5. Regarding to teacher’s teaching effects, among teachers have significantly differences except teaching years. 6.
