After several education reform is also invalid. In recent years, the foreign education blowing an flipping fashion, greatly enhance students' interest in learning. This trend has spread to Taiwan, and gradually developed a variety of teaching methods. This research try to use UTAUT II as the basic foundation to study the Teachers’ Intention on Using Xue-Si-Da Teaching method. To achieve the purpose, the research method was based on a self-designed survey questionnaire named as “Survey of the Attitude of the Elementary School Teachers in Taichung on using Xue-Si-Da Teaching Method.” The total of 230 questionnaires were distributed , 210 were responsed, and 146 were valid. The study results showed that: (1) Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence are moderately positive correlation with Behavioral intention. (2) Hedonic motivation and behavioral intention are highly positive correlation. (3) Age interfere with the impact of social influence on Behavioral intention of teachers using Xue-Si-Da Teaching method. Sex and age interfere with the impact of hedonic motivation on Behavioral intention of teachers using Xue-Si-Da Teaching method.
