In the study, it classified the projects of the last ten years in National Taiwan Science Education Center Science Fair according to the years, the categories and the counties. It established database in the website. And based on the Technology Acceptance Model from Davis (1989), it explored the relationships among “website interface”, “quality systems”, “teachers of computer self-efficacy”, “perceived usefulness”, “perceived ease of use” and “teachers’ behavior intention to use”. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. 188 physics and chemistry teachers were randomly sampled from public junior high schools in Taipei City. Among the collected questionnaires, 120 were valid. The collected data was analyzed by path analysis. Based on the analyzed results, the research concluded that the “quality systems” have the remarkable effect on “perceived ease of use”; and “teachers of computer self-efficacy” have the remarkable effect on “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use”; and “perceived ease of use” have the remarkable effect on “perceived usefulness”; and “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use” have the remarkable effect on “teachers’ behavior intention to use” for the website of researchers “homemade science fairs nationwide online database of Junior Group Physics”. Moreover, because of the intervening effects of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, “teachers of computer self-efficacy” and “quality systems” affect “teachers’ behavior intention to use” for the website of researchers, “homemade science fairs nationwide online database of Junior Group Physics”. According to the results above, it can promote the science education of the teachers by the improvement of instructional resource websites and by workshops of teacher computer operation, and by the database built by the complete projects of science fairs of all time.
