Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 103 === To enhance children's diversified reading ability, Ministry of Education in Taiwan promotes the reading project in every elementary school. Every teacher should be required the ability of searching reading resource. As the co-reading resource of loving library has been adopted in elementary schools in Taichung for many years, it is worth to study the relationship between the service quality and the positive motivation of maintaining the teacher usage.
Based on the quality evaluating model of online service, the purpose of this research was to study the user feeling and the social support during implementing the reading project by survey, and figure out the relationship between user satisfying and using will of the loving library and the role of social support.
The conclusions of this research were: first, the elementary school teachers gave high value to the loving library. Second, the user satisfying had no difference in gender, working years and other backgrounds. The teacher with higher frequency of borrowing books had higher social support and using will. Third, there was a positive connection between user satisfying and using will for the service of the loving library. Fourth, the user social support would affect the user satisfying and using will towards the service of the loving library: the higher social support would increase the satisfying and using will. For those with lower social support, there was no connection among the support, satisfying and using will.
To the administrative and educational suggestions were: the elementary school teachers in Taichung highly recommended and appreciated the loving library. As a public resource of teaching supporter, the quality of loving library should be maintained and managed well by adopting user suggestions. The support from the coworkers and students would enforce the teacher using will of the co-reading resource of loving library. Relative bureaus in Taichung should increase the relative reading budget and personnel, promote reading activities, build a warm and no pressure school reading atmosphere, so the teachers would promote the reading project more aggressively.
