Businesses producing green products should introduce a clean GP concept into their manufacturing process and replace production equipment that involves high energy consumption and pollution. To meet GP specifications, green suppliers must include GP among their management system and refer to ecofriendly requirements and practices as tools for establishing their own green production management system (GPMS). This approach can resolve difficulties encountered when producing green products and improve businesses’ green competitiveness. In this study, we combined the simultaneous importance-performance analysis (SIPA) model with the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to introduce a novel SIPA-DEMATEL. Subsequently, we investigated the green performance of the case company and its competitors by using SIPA and calculated the degree of influence and causal relationships among their green performance competitive attribute by using the DEMATEL method. Finally, competitive strategies for the case company were proposed. The study attain the following research purposes: 1.Apply the SIPA method to evaluate importance and performance of all evaluation of green supplier. 2.Apply the SIPA method to compare all evaluation between itself e and other green industry supplier companies. 3.Apply DEMATEL analysis of the causality of all indicators, to identify factors to assess the decision-making of green suppliers, and effect between the various factors affect the relationship with each other. 4.Combine SIPA and DEMATEL analytical methods to proposed management strategy recommendations. 李友錚 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW
