Therefore, Simplying the SSD testing becomes a key of cost control. In this research paper, we propose a model by using the rule induction of data mining to simplify the testing procedure. This simplied design not only decreases the test cost but also achieve the quality requirement. In this research, we induce the feature modules of testing and classify the initial module for rules. Further, we design the testing procedure composed of the feature and initialization modules. Empirically, the proposed approach is applied on a case study of a company in Taiwan electronics manufacturers.
