Such torrential rain brought by the typhoon rainfall is more than ever. The sewer system functions in addition to reviewing the sewer line capacity analysis, emergency response capabilities of the sudden increase in traffic collection system is also required to pay attention to the problem. This phenomenon has been built with the sewer main pipe, secondary pipe in order to flow and ease the planning and design of the emergency response and other measures tackled the problem. It should be regulated by the source of the sewer system to maximize effectiveness. This study investigated the user receivership problem, reviewed the relevant literature, field surveyed sewerage system in Taipei area, case studied rain water mixed takeover, interviewed with experts, then it can be aggregated via questionnaire to get sophisticated three major improvement program. The study found that "construction" the most important, "investigation", followed by the "cost", "schedule", "Maintenance." Implementation storm drains mixed into the closure station is the best solution. Taking serious regional level mixed construction is the second solution. The third is improvement users inside and outside rain sewage diversion. This study provided future clients takeover rain water mixed with improving reference.
