There were 91 kinds of samples, total of 66 kinds of Taipei, including 32 kinds of Taipei Eastern Area, 25 kinds of Taipei Middle Area, 9 kinds of Taipei Southern Area, 2 kinds of Keelung, 15 kinds Taoyuan Area and 8 kinds of Eastern Area. Result the inspection of the 85 kinds of acid pigment, 6 kinds of basic pigment. Including 39 kinds of use bleaching agent and coloring agent, the detection rate was 42.9%. Use of green beans and onions soak sulfite growth experiments. Results, green bean and onion growth height, soaked in sulfite from 0 to 30 ppm growth height did not differ, but in more than 60 ppm, growth height decreased.
