Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 103 === In tendency of aging population society and fewer children everywhere in the world, the chance of chronic illness and the cost of medication had been increasing, and had also been a heavily burden of the society. We can avoid unnecessary build of redundant medical hardware resources, enhance the quality of medication and be easier to integrate data of different hospitals by using Personal Health Record on cloud computing environment. However, users of cloud services start to take confidentiality and privacy into consideration. This research illustrates how to separate encryption and decryption service from cloud computing services as an independent service. The users of cloud storage and transfer service can ensure that there is no unauthorized access for their data via different cloud service providers’ cooperation and the division of responsibilities. Therefore, this research presents data transaction models of personal health records transferred through cloud computing environment. At last, this research also illustrates several Service Level Agreements (SLAs) along with different service providers to specify the duty, responsibility and level of each service provider.
