Also by its business model for the understanding of the customer, and finally by a real person in this study for analysis of its various functions and strategies of trying to derive its business model, whereby innovation platform about this garment what contribution in innovation. Finally, secondary data by data collected as well as interviews estimate for users of its business model as an analytical summary of its functionality. The research outcome of the study was to understand the innovation platform for the user of this effect and its implications as well as the business model is formed by derivation of this platform to provide garment and other industries in the strategic thinking of the future development of this aspect. And find out how the user is satisfied the elements, the most important goal is to feature interactive and informative of. Garment and other industries to provide future strategic thinking in this area is the development of a hierarchy of functions, the level established by their respective division, with technology for users to interact, which is to focus on strategies of how to reach a mutually interactive and informative on meet, consumers get the information, and the process of consumption meet consumer interaction, the industry will be to interact with the consumer to obtain information and to obtain consumer satisfaction. Finally recommendations industry can use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and KANO mode to improve service quality virtual fitting room.
