In 21st century, it’s the times of “serving” economical information. Both enterprise and government organization are focusing on “service quality, customer reaction and customer satisfaction”.
By psychology reflection, “Role Conflict” is the character of policeman’s job. It’s easy to produce the cognition dissimilarity between “Inherent Real Emotion” and “Extrinsic Disguise Emotion”. Some scholars have different opinion that proper “Emotional Labor Load” is helpful to enhance the “Organization unity” and “Self-work gratification”.
The study considers “Emotional Labor Load” and “Organizational Commitment” as independent variables and “Work Gratification” as a dependent variable to investigate the influence of “Emotional Labor Load” and “Organizational Commitment” on “Work Gratification”. Furthermore, to verify the variables of policeman’s different background if produce the dissimilarity. Cognitive and according to the subjects, Liszt adopted a 5-point scale scoring, to make 1. “Descriptive statistical analysis”, 2.” Validity analysis”, 3. “Factor analysis”, 4. “Reliability analysis”, 5. “Independent sample t-test”, 6. “One-way ANOVA analysis”, 7.”Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient PPMCC analysis” and 8. “Multiple Regression analysis” to verify the assumptions of this study and get the conclusions.
1.There is an obvious influence of the variables “age, education, seniority, marriage condition and job responsibility” on “Emotional Labor Load”.
2.There is an obvious influence of the variables “sex, location, seniority and job responsibility” on “Organizational Commitment”.
3.There is an obvious influence of the variables “seniority, marriage condition and job position” on “Work Gratification”.
4.There is an obviously good influence of policeman’s “Emotional Labor Load” on “Work Gratification”.
5.There is an obviously good influence of policeman’s “Organizational Commitment” on “Work Gratification”.
