Questionnaire was used to collect information on the current situation for the people of Nantou County, to do research in simple terms of discussion.
In this study, the Fire Department of Nantou county to rescued cases in authority have a range of services, numbers of people and fire agencies within its jurisdiction the more relatively the more rescue cases, so the county and city districts according to population divided into Nantou region, Puli area, Caotun area, Takeyama and other regions, doing stratified sampling. Issued 300 questionnaires, survey questionnaires administered after 300 copies, 286 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of questionnaires was 95.3%. In " The satisfication to the service for fire and ambulance personnel- A Case Study of Nantou County
as an example questionnaire" as research tools, including the public personal background information, service quality and satisfaction scale.
Statistical methods used in this study, including descriptive statistics, t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, Scheffe 'and Games-Howell multiple comparison post-test analysis.
A whole, Nantou citizen to fire and ambulance personnel have high satisfaction for its service, thus the satisfaction with the current situation is satisfactory.
Secondly, the people of Nantou County fire rescue personnel by gender, age, education, occupation, experience recipient, frequency of contact and the region, there are significant differences in the level of service quality perception of the part; and the level of satisfaction of part of the statistical significance also.
Thirdly, Nantou County people on overall service quality and satisfaction of the fire and ambulance personnel presented significant positive correlation.
Based on the above findings, this study proposes concrete suggestions for the future of fire administrative units and researchers, with a view to achievement for more people expect fire and ambulance system and administrative efficiency demand.
