Fire and consideration of members facing job stress and adaptation of job rotation, will affect its investment and job satisfaction for the work, and even affect job performance. In this study, job rotation, job stress influence of job satisfaction to station fire station for the study, questionnaire data via reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, the number of single-factor analysis of variance and regression analysis will be explained. The empirical study found that: 1. Background variables for different job rotation, job stress and job satisfaction, there are differences. 2. The job rotation have significant impact on the operating pressure. 3. The job rotation have significant impact on job satisfaction. 4. The working pressure have significant impact on job satisfaction. The study expects to investigate the work of the fire caused by the operating characteristics of the rotation, job stress, job satisfaction and other variables of relevance, in order to provide some solutions to the decision-making levels of the program, it also can reduce the fire by field staff the operating pressure and improve their level of work put in to achieve a win-win situation.
