This study was a qualitative research method. Three low-income elderly people participate in the study on a semi-structured in-depth interview. Results revealed that 1) the low-income elderly households living alone main learning difficulties are five points: the plight of physiological, psychological difficulties, economic difficulties, social and environmental difficulties, family difficulties; 2) low-income single elderly households involved in learning support factors were personal care and subject factors, health factors, social and environmental factors, economic, physical factors, family factors, learning trend factors and belief factor; 3) low-income households and single elderly people participate in the learning process of transforming learning change were mood and quality of life; 4) the specific recommendations, according to the results for low-income elderly people living alone Reference: For government agencies, for the course of the study unit or units and other social welfare institutions, integration of resources should be done. Furthermore, in teaching curriculum, lively as possible, thereby increasing the effectiveness of learning and a positive attitude, to encourage the active participation of elderly people living alone learning into positive attitude, use of peripheral resources.
