Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程學系暨研究所 === 103 === This thesis mainly builds up the DSP-based Surface-Mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless vector control technology, The motor needed to return to a beginning to start the position to start while starting, For the sake of making the motor can from arbitrary position start, Use Low-Frequency Signal Injection as the control method that start and low speed of motor revolve, Low-Frequency Signal Injection could use in the Surface-Mounted PMSM, The motor parameter not sensitive, Effective in the low speed, But this method can use just under the low speed.
Medium and high speed then use Model Reference Adaptive Control System (MRAS), MRAS can be used for the Surface-Mounted PMSM, MRAS can start don't need to depend on the other methods nor need to increase the additional hardware electric circuit, But the low speed effect is bad, Use in Medium and high speed.
This text is in the low speed use Low-Frequency Signal Injection to promote in the speed after convert into MRAS, Reaching the low speed to high-speed of the motor sensorless vector to control, Make use of the feasibility that MATLAB Simulink identifies Low-Frequency Signal Injection and MRAS.
We use TMS320F28335 digital signal processor (DSP) motion control card, and carry out the sensorless motor control.
