And apply the boundary conditions in the FEM model to investigate the thermal conduction analysis in the mobile platform which the variance of temperature on the surface of the bear-ing housing is induced by the bearing heat generation. Then to verify the temperature rise of bearing housing and the time requimed to reach stady state in different feed rate condition by using thermocou-ple and thermal imager to measure temperature in the mean time. Finally, using multi-objective optimization to reverse finding the thermal contact resistance optimal parameters through the experi-mental data of measurement to achieve thermocouple measurement, thermal imager taken experiment and finite element analysis tripartite verification.
