Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系暨研究所 === 103 === With the advance of science and technology, people nowadays are more demanding about the efficiency of using internet search for decision quality. This has lead to the development of mobile decision support system (MDSS). This research aims to investigate how the factors concerning decision quality, push notification, timeliness, use context, and network word-of-mouth can affect the usage of a mobile decision support system. Based on the framework of decomposed theory of planned behavior (DTPB), the present research constructs a hypothesized model for testing and verification.
This study uses the my3q online questionnaire system to extract the data and posted this onto social media channels such as forum PTT and Facebook. In order to collect representative data, this study also requests the mobile decision support system (MDSS) users to fill in the questionnaire. Statistical software of SmartPLS2.0 was used to analyze the samples. The results show that 14 of the 15 hypotheses were supported. The study suggests that use context could affect the usage of MDSS due to the mobile network not yet having achieved universal popularity. Finally, Implications for academics and practitioners are also provided.
