Research suggests that labor safety is important, but the overall labor market policy should uphold the principle of fairness and justice and respect for the free market mechanism, flexibility for both employers and employees the importance and necessity should not be underestimated. Information electronics industry manufacturing recommendations for the use of labor dispatch are listed below: First, the political parties should face the industry often do not require adjustment facing industrial characteristics of human respect and send wishes to send units of labor freedom of choice; second, do not work for dispatch set up special law, the relevant specifications can be directly integrated into existing legislation; Third, the policy focus should be more aware of norms and institutions and to send dispatch units should be the responsibility of individual burden which the employer to ensure that workers' interests are not damaged due to dispatch status.
