Questionnaire survey was applied in this research. 470 samples that had participated in the national music contests or the city (county) music contests were selected to finish the questionnaires, and 446 were valid. In this study, statistical analysis, including means, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and Scheffé’s method were applied to analyze the data. The results of the research are as follow: 1.The perception of the wind band members in elementary schools about the conductors’ leadership and their learning attitude were both good. 2. The members who are in the lower grades, who play the woodwind instruments and who have shorter learning time on the instruments perceived more about the conductors’ leadership than others. 3. The members with different background variation show significant difference about the conductors’ leadership in certain dimensions. (1) The junior conductors’ leadership is better than the senior ones in every dimension. (2) The senior school conductors’ leadership is better than the junior ones in school. (3)The conductors who graduated from the graduate schools show better in the dimensions of “intellectual stimuli”,”individual concern” and “adaptable awards” than those who graduated from the university, not related to the music major. (4) Those from the middle- or big-sized schools in the northern and central Taiwan show better than those from southern Taiwan. 4.The members’ perception about the conductors’ different background variation shows different learning attitude in some dimensions. (1)The senior conductors significantly influence the members’ learning habit and learning skills in the dimension of learning attitude, but not in the dimension of the environmental perception. (2) The members’ learning attitude in the schools with senior school conductors shows better than the other groups. But it shows no difference in learning motivation and the environmental perception with different years of service. (3) The members whose conductors were graduated from the non music-related graduate schools have better learning skills in the dimension of learning attitude than those whose conductors were graduated from the music-related undergraduate schools. (4) Those from the middle- or big-sized schools in the northern and central Taiwan show better than those from southern Taiwan. 5. The perception of the wind band members in the elementary schools about the conductor’s leadership shows positive correlation with the members’ learning attitude. Finally, suggestions were proposed to the band conductors, the band administrators and for further researches based the results of the study. LIN,MING-DE 林明地 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW |
