碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育研究所 === 103 === Abstract The main purpose of this study was to construct the competency indicators of the middle and elder-aged information education teacher.To achieve this purpose, first, literature review were adopted to the relative studies of competency, indicator construction,the adult teacher and the elder-education teacher, the middle and elder-aged information education teacher to synthesize and conclude the contents of competency of the middle and elder-aged information education teacher. Accoding to the contents we developed the original conceptual framework of competency indicators. Second, indicators were developed after recommendations and reviews with the study team of Delphi technique.Last, recommendations were generalized to be the reference materials of the middle and elder-aged information education teacher, the institution of the middle and elder-aged education,the Administration of education and the middle and elder-aged students. Research method was Delphi technique with 13 experts to complete the indicators. Accoding to the research discoveries, the conclusions were generalized as follows. Indicators developed include 4 dimensional indicators,14 aspect indicators and 53 behavioral indicators.
