And look forward to realize and recognize Wenger’s theory further and apply it.
The purposes of the research are as follows:
1.To realize the operating status of study circle within family education volunteers.
2.To investigate the operation key factors for study circle within family education volunteers.
3.To realize the effects that volunteers participate in study circle.
The research is adopted by the qualitative approach and applied by the semi-structured interview methodology to interview nine participants of the study circle with the following conclusions:
1.The operating status of study circle within family education volunteers are
a.the demands for expertise and relieve emotion contribute to the birth of study circle within family education volunteers.
b.members of the communities are all professional helpers.
c.male members of the community have a positive meaning.
2.The key factors that encourage mutual engagement of study circles are :
a.interaction between initial motivation and sustained motivation will promote mutual engagement;
b.to establish the model of mutual engagement as follow: goal for pursue expertise; equality of learning; experience transmitted from one to other; sharing knowledge; multiple Interactive mode.
3.The key factors that encourage joint enterprise include: external dimension and inner dimensions.
4.The key factors that encourage shared repertoire are: compose concrete and intangible "helping resources"
5.Study circles exist positive impact and benefits to Individuals and organizations.
6.Study circles are an informal unit facing operational difficulties and challenges include: weak support from authorities and may not pay enough attention to the communities; the longer the community operate, the comradeship between participants are more stickier.
